Return Policy

If you decide for any reason you do not want to keep your James Miller product, whether it be a watch or bracelet, we allow you 21 days to return from the day that you receive the product. Returns are only accepted if the product is unworn as well as in factory condition with proof of purchase or order number. After these requirements are met you will be issued a full refund, however, customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns.

Pre-Orders: What To Expect

The watches are currently in the mass production phase and we expect them to be fully delivered this fall. We will updating on our social media accounts throughout the entire process. Once we receive the watches all pre-orders will be filled immediately and shipped the following business day. We appreciate your support and patience with us and will be giving back to show our gratitude! Warranty

James Miller Watch Warranty 

Your new James Miller timepiece is warranted only to the original owner by James Miller for two years from date of purchase. The warranty only comes into effect if you provide original proof of purchase. Coverage: the warranty covers all parts of the watch that have failed due to factory defects in the materials or workmanship under normal use. If The James Miller Company determines that your watch can not be fixed we will send you a replacement free of charge. This warranty does not cover: 1. Damage resulting from improper handling, abnormal use, alterations, or lack of care of the watch; 2. Normal wear and tear and aging including scratches to the watch finish ( case, strap, crown, or crystal) 3. The battery; 4. Water damage if the watch has been taken into or dropped in water deeper than 30 meters, or if the watch case has been improperly resealed after opening of the case; 5. Improperly or incorrectly performed service and maintenance, repairs or servicing will void the warranty. Any service and maintenance which requires that the case to be opened must be performed by a properly qualified professional who is authorized to service Swiss Made watches.

The standard battery life is up to 10 years.

Do you have any women’s watches?

We are currently in the process of designing a women’s collection.

Are your watches water proof?

Our watches are 3ATM water resistant (90 feet) although we don’t recommend making a splash in your James Miller timepiece due to the leather strap.

I just placed my pre-order, when should I expect to receive it?
